You will bring technical knowledge across HR and Benefits systems to the workstream and will be tasked with leading the process improvements, manage the relationships, lead the integration development and configuration on the new benefits system and input the requirements, testing and data migration. The successful candidate will have a strong benefits systems background and will have proven experience implementing flexible benefits systems and managing providers.
