The position is within the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Care Group MPFT NHS Trust working across Shropshire Telford and Wrekin. This service aims to provide a relationship based, empathetic and trauma informed approach to support women who have experienced bereavement; loss of a baby or birth trauma or who have tokophobia. The post holder will be required to be flexible in relation to their work base working virtually although this may change. The successful applicant will be working within a large multidisciplinary and multi- agency team which includes bereavement midwives and health visitors.
