Dene Barton Community Hospital is a rehabilitation hospital on the outskirts of Taunton. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated Housekeeper with a good eye for detail. Housekeepers play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness to reduce the risk of infection and make a valuable contribution to the wider care team that supports patients during their hospital stay. The position will require you to work as part of a team responsible for the day to day cleaning within the ward and around the other hospital departments. You must be able to work to a high standard, be flexible in your approach and be committed to help improve the patient’s overall care experience. The post will involve shift work- predominantly early mornings but flexibility to cover other shifts include evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays may be required. Full training will be given.
