Summary AN EXCITING NEW POSITION The Tees-wide Liaison Psychiatry Services operates across Teesside, supporting North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust and South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, by providing mental health assessment, advice, diagnosis, treatment and care planning to patients with complex needs. Applicants should have previous mental health experience from working aged adults (aged 18+) and older adults (aged 65+) and show skills in the assessment and support of individuals with mental health concern. The successful individual will need a Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care and Literacy and Numeracy Level 2 or equivalent to be recruited in to the position on Band 4.
