We are looking to recruit performance support officers (PSOs) ready for any vacancies that are likely to arise over the next six months. The PSOs are based in the performance analysis and research team within the Strategic, Business and Operational Services (SBOS) department, providing support to the performance monitoring and reporting process across both constabularies. Applicants will be expected to have experience in collating and compiling information from a range of sources and systems, have good verbal and written communication skills, and be able to use their own initiative. The posts that may become available could be on a range of contract types (permanent, temporary, full time and part time) and applicants who are successful but are not offered a post immediately will be held on a select list for six months.
