An opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Rehabilitation Assistant 30 hours per week to work as part of the Somerset Stroke and Neurological Rehabilitation Service. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the team, and will be responsible for delivering goal orientated patient centred treatment programmes to stroke and Acquired Brain Injury Patients, in both the community hospital and in their own homes. This position will allow the post holder to work alongside a knowledgeable and enthusiastic multidisciplinary team, comprising of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, stroke coordinators, clinical psychologists, assistant practitioners, and other rehabilitation assistants.
