Fundamental to the promotion of our business, the Marketing team not only defines and manages our brand, but is also charged with campaign management, creating content as well as managing and monitoring our social media. The newly created Digital Marketing Manager role will be responsible for developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to our website and social media pages to generate interest in our solutions and services.
This role could be based in Bristol, London or Solihill.
Working closely across the Marketing team to identify and develop innovative approaches to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, you'll be key in managing the continuous development of the Gresham website. Managing all paid media campaigns that drive growth, brand awareness and customer acquisition, you'll also develop and manage our social media presence.
You are comfortable reporting on social metrics and campaign performance, monitoring against KPIs and using website analytics and data to drive online marketing initiatives. You are also passionate about staying up to date with marketing technologies and strategies ensuring we improve performance through the tools we use.
You already have a relevant Advertising or Marketing qualification coupled with Strong experience in a similar position with a track record of driving sales, customer acquisition and brand awareness. Ideally you have working in Financial Services or Fintech and are familiar with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.com and Hubspot.
