Locations: Leeds Salary: £40,000-£50,000 10% Bonus A strategically minded Business Development Associate is needed within a market leading, top tier core banking FinTech to design and implement their growth strategy and win on new clients as they expand their client base across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting new clients as they build out a partnership, defining who to work with and supporting the expansion of a brand-new team. This role includes: (responsibilities) Leading the development of proposals and presentations to new clients. Designing a strategy focused on new B2B clients who can be partnered with in the future. Working with the executive team and other stakeholders in the business to drive a successful marketing strategy. Supporting the exciting and rapid growth of a fintech destined to transform the way banking is conducted. The Ideal Candidate: (requirements) Have experience working within the financial services space, as a consultant, client or directly. Ideally have an understand of the FinTech market or experience with transformational banking technology. Be confident in presenting to clients and should be able to demonstrate these skills at interview. Have an understanding of business development and may have been exposed to this already.
