We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love.. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with other Product Managers. and cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.. Product Managers at Moteefe work on one work stream at a time - this may be our existing businesses, our new businesses, our operations capability, or our underlying technology platform.. As a Product Manager you act as Product Owner to a dedicated Scrum Team and Product Manager working closely with UX Designers and Researchers to ensure we are constantly delivering products that our customers want and need.. Requirements. What we need from you (must have skills):. Proven work experience as a Product Manager in an eCommerce, Marketplace, Fintech or SaaS environment. Front-end customer acquisition experience, CRO and average revenue optimization; and/or. Experience of backend customer fulfillment, including customer service, logistics and production processes. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Experience of helping to instill a true product culture and mindset. Experience as Product Manager (customer facing) and Product Owner (engineering facing). Analytical thinker who sees the bigger picture and is able to think outside the box. Experience of working collaboratively with UX / research to identify opportunities and improve funnel performance. Structured problem solver and expert at prioritizing features. Ability to define and plan key features. Ability to help guide the engineering team on functional and technical requirements. Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders.
