Call Center Sales Professional – BRIGHTON & HOVE

Job Description - a WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD firm, with high volume contact & telephone inquiries, is seeking in-house sales professionals to join the Lead Center team in Brighton & Hove Sussex.  Candidates must have a minimum experience of 2 years working in an OUTBOUND Call Center.  Candidates must be Degree Educated

Summary: WORKING RECRUITMENT LTD Client Lead Representative provide our customers the ultimate telephone experience. It requires the right combination of telephone skills & empathy.

The ideal candidate must have strong SALES EXPERIENCE & must be skilled in making OUTBOUND calls to customers who contacted the firm via web inquiries (no COLD calls- all inquiries come to us) with the goal of educating them on why we are uniquely qualified to walk the customers through the sign-up process with the firm.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Make Outbound Calls to potential clients that have contacted the Firm via marketing/direct contact. Answer inbound calls & webchats from interested customers Walking customers through the sign-up process with the firm. Ensure that every new customer is properly documented in the CRM system.  Provide Specialist information & document ALL administrative duties related to the customer

Skills & Abilities: Recognised as a talented Outbound & Inbound sales professional with proven sales results.  Extensive CALL CENTER experience Skilled in & CMS/CRM. Must possess EXCEPTIONAL communication & customer service skills when speaking with new customers & stakeholders. Must be persuasive, goal oriented & convey confidence on the phone. Shows empathy to customers & puts them at ease while efficiently managing the conversation. Treats a call at 4:30 on Friday with the same care & compassion as one on Monday morning. Ability to Meet & Exceed monthly goals. Proficient in Microsoft Office & database entry. Excellent organisational skills & the ability to multi-task, prioritise, & manage time effectively 60+ words per minute typing speed.

Compensation & benefits: Competitive annual salary pay + BIG incentives.
